We go here for breakfast alot. Good food, and service. Small dining room. The price is really reasonable. Free coffee and tea refills.

A friend introduced me to Ginny's Chicken today and I am definitely going back! Great chicken and the service is wonderful!!!

Bad bad bad bad

It was pitiful! Chicken was way cold and potato wedges we're black and burnt taste! My first and last time!

Ginny's chicken is a little country style restraunt with all the country charm. Nothing fancy, but nothing lacking. Great food and staff. I get my biscuits and gravey and coffee alot here.

Bacon was hard and tasted like grease hashbrowns cooked to long also got a side order of tomatoes and the was only 1 and it was very small but the country ham and eggs were good .

If you like to meet the local people while on vacation and enjoy a good meal, stop in and check out Ginny's Chicken House. The prices are very affordable for an entire family and the owners and staff are very personable. They have indoor as well as outdoor dining and it is easy to get in and out of.

Cash only. Good food. They breakfast biscuits, chicken legs and thighs, a breakfast special with two eggs, meat, biscuit.

Food is awesome but service is a little slow when they are busy.

The chicken is good there

First went in to the bathroom and there were roaches on the sink. Ordered biscuits and gravy with tea. The tea was soo nasty. They wouldn't exchange it for a soda unless I paid for it. They said something is wrong with the water that's why the tea tasted bad. So if you're germaphobic, I watched as the woman (who was extremely rude) took money and then made toast and touched the food! Nobody had gloves and no hair nets! Biscuits were nasty and gravy was gloppy and over peppered. The eggs that were ordered were supposed to be over light, but they were hard. Took them back and they put them on someone else's plate!!!! Wouldn't give a refund. Don't go.

I ordered a BLT, my bacon was freezing, the tomato was soggy and my lettuce was all white with brown spots. They made the food with their bare hands right after handling money. Also my fiance asked for different bacon since his was cold, they grabbed it right off his plate with their hands and threw it on the grill to "warm" it up. We sat at the pick up window and kept asking for their attention and they straight up ignored us. They refused to make me new food and when I asked for my money back they said we could leave or they will contact the police.

they cant seem to take an order here, just ate 2 egg and cheese biscuits that where ordered as 2 SAUSAGE egg and cheese biscuits...this is par for the course as i cant recall the last time i ordered something and actually got it from Ginny's. horrible service, horrible location (seriously, why do i feel like im walking into a trap?) decent food - if it would ever be what you ordered. avoid this place like the plague.

Was somewhat disappointed. Has browns in a square mot shredded..therefore somewhat greasy. Eggs seemed a little cold. Bacon was good and price also.

Food was good! The service was so slow, but could be because everyone behind the counter was over age 75… My husband and I with two young (noisy) boys stood waiting to order at the counter for 5 min without any acknowledgement. Same happened while waiting for a drink refill until I finally had to literally wave and shout for service to the 3 people feet away.

Good food cheap. A little old. Nice people.

Ice tea was bad. When I requested something else they said I would have to pay for another drink. When I asked for water they said they charged for that also. Never again

Horrible... went to get breakfast and they gave me cold bacon, then she grabs the bacon off my plate with bare hands and puts it back on the grill. I asked for new bacon and they refused and them refused to refund me my money back. We will never go there again.

Only drive-thru in Holden Beach. Great family owned restaurant. Been visiting Ginny's over 20 years. Nice spot to grab a quick breakfast sandwich.
